1. Service Overview

AwaBissap offers a flexible subscription service that allows you to receive our natural juices regularly at home. You choose the plan that suits you best — we take care of the rest!

2. Available Plans

  • Monthly Subscription: delivery every 30 days

  • Biweekly Subscription: delivery every 2 weeks

  • Discovery Subscription (1 month): perfect for trying before committing

3. Payment

  • Payment is automatically charged at each delivery cycle.

  • All payments are secured through our Shopify platform.

4. Changes or Cancellation

  • You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account.

  • Any changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

5. Shipping

  • Home delivery or pickup point options available.

  • Shipping fees apply depending on your location (e.g., $10 in Winnipeg).

  • You’ll receive a notification before each shipment.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
